How To Place An Order:
If you have a copy of our printed catalogue or wish to select any item
shown on our website, simply make a list of the items that you would
like to order, and select one of the following options:
On-Line Shopping:
Click on the product category of your choice and start shopping. To
purchase an item, enter the quantity and color or personalized
information (if necessary), then click on "Select Item". You
will be prompted through the order process. To place an order using
your printed catalogue or if you already know your item numbers,
please click on "Express Order".

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club,
and the JCB Card for all orders. Please provide the following
information:
- Credit card type and account number
- Cardholder name as it appears on the card
- Complete credit card billing address
- Credit card expiration date
Money Orders and Personal Checks:
We accept money orders and personal checks for mail orders only. |

International Orders:
We welcome customers from around the world and can ship most items
outside the United States. Please e-mail your list of items, along
with billing and shipping information to us at International@Eximious.com
and we will respond promptly with your order total (merchandise plus
shipping charges). If you place your order on our website, the
shipping charges will be displayed for your order, but our system
calculates for U.S. orders only. You must disregard this amount as we
will notify you via e-mail of the final shipping charges and await
your approval of these charges before releasing the order. Rush
shipping is not available for international orders. Please keep in
mind you will be responsible for any duty and/or taxes imposed by your
country upon receipt of your order. These charges cannot be prepaid
and are different for each country.

The Eximious Guarantee - Returns And Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed. You may request an exchange,
refund or credit for items returned within 90 days. Simply follow the
instructions on the reverse of the enclosed packing slip. Please
return merchandise in the original packaging. Personalized and
perishable items are not returnable. Gift recipients may return
non-personalized items (within 90 days) for an exchange or Eximious
Gift Certificate.
